How it works
From a brief to an editable PPTX
USlides helps you generate a structured deck fast — and then refine everything in PowerPoint.
Step 1
Write a short brief
Describe the goal, audience, and constraints. You can also upload a source file for experimental analysis before generation.
Tip: 100–2000 characters is a good start.

Step 2
Choose slide count
Pick how long your story should be. More slides mean more detail; fewer slides keep the narrative tighter.
Available options: 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 slides.
5-25 slides
Step 3
Select a theme
Choose a visual style before generation. The selected template is used for the exported PPTX.
Minimal
A
Clean typography and open layouts.
Tip: start with the theme that already matches your use case.
Step 4
Review the outline
USlides creates a slide-by-slide outline. You can reorder slides, change slide types, and edit titles or notes before drafting content.
Outline preview
This is where the outline appears after generation.
In the real flow you can move slides, change type, and refine titles or notes.

Step 5
Review the draft and refresh images
After you approve the outline, USlides drafts the slide content and fills image-based layouts with matching visuals.

Draft content appears here. Review text, layout, and images before export.
Image-based slides include a refresh action so you can try another visual before export.
Step 6
Export PPTX and finish in PowerPoint
When export is complete, you download a PPTX. In PowerPoint you can change text, rearrange blocks, replace images, and restyle the deck.
Export
You get an editable PPTX
After download, you can tweak anything in a normal PowerPoint file.
Tip: keep the structure, adjust the wording — that’s usually the fastest workflow.
Tips
Make the AI work better
Good brief
Include audience, goal, constraints, and 3–5 key points you want on slides.
Faster iteration
Approve the outline quickly, then refine content in PPTX. That is usually faster than over-prompting.
Images
Use concrete nouns in your brief (industry, objects, locations). It improves photo matching.
