How it works
From a brief to an editable PPTX
USlides helps you generate a structured deck fast — and then refine everything in PowerPoint.
Step 1
Fill in the description
Write a short brief: goal, audience, constraints, and what “good” looks like. The clearer the input, the better the structure.
Tip: 100–500 characters is a good start.
Example shown

Step 2
Choose slide count
Pick how long your story should be. More slides = more detail; fewer slides = a tighter narrative.
Most decks start at 10–20 slides.
12–20 slides
Step 3
Select a theme
Choose a visual style before generation. You can switch themes later, but starting with the right vibe helps.
Minimal
A
Clean typography and open layouts.
Tip: “Minimal” is best for reports; “Black” is best for pitches.
Step 4
Review the plan
USlides creates a slide-by-slide outline. You can reorder slides, change slide types, and tweak titles or descriptions.
Plan preview
This is where the outline appears after generation.
In the real flow you can drag slides, edit type, and refine titles/descriptions.

Step 5
Preview content and swap photos
After you approve the plan, USlides drafts slide text and selects images. Later you’ll be able to replace photos per slide.

Coming soon
Photo picker per slide (choose a different image, crop, and select a better match).
Step 6
Download PPTX and edit everything
When the build is complete, you download a PPTX (and optionally PDF). In PowerPoint you can change text,
rearrange blocks, replace images, and fully restyle the deck.
Export
You get an editable PPTX
After download, you can tweak anything — it’s a normal PowerPoint file.
Tip: keep the structure, adjust the wording — that’s usually the fastest workflow.
Tips
Make the AI work better
Good brief
Include audience, goal, constraints, and 3–5 key points you want on slides.
Faster iteration
Approve the plan quickly, then refine content in PPTX — it’s usually faster than over-prompting.
Images
Use concrete nouns in your brief (industry, objects, locations). It improves photo matching.
